Abstract Submission

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  2. Presentation Type: Abstracts can be submitted for oral or poster presentation. Your preference (oral or poster) should be indicated during the submission process. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type according to the requirements of the scientific programme.
  3. The abstracts should be submitted in in .doc or .docx file format.
  4. Deadline for abstract submission is on 30th April 2021.

DETAILED GUIDELINES

Font

Prepare your text with Times New Roman font, size 12 for the title and size 11 for the body.

Title
  1. Title of the abstract should be bold and capitalized by each word.
  2. The title may cover more than one line and be at the center of the document.
Authors and Affiliation
  1. Author(s) name should be written in full.
  2. Affiliation should be in Italic and includes the country.
  3. Use numbering system for the affiliation.
  4. Presenter should be indicated by asterisk (*).
Length

Abstract must not exceed ONE page.

Page Layout
  1. Paper size A4, portrait (vertical layout).
  2. All text should be in single column and justified in alignment.
  3. Margin setting is 2.5 cm on top, bottom, right and left; header, footer and gutter set to 0.
Figures

Figures (either in colour or black & white) can be included.

File Naming

Abstract file should be named as “your full name.doc / .docx ". E.g. if you full name is Nur Azima Busman, your abstract file in MS Word and should be named "Nur Azima Busman.doc / .docx”
